Custom domain

Pointing your domain Doras does not sell domains. You must bring your own. We recommend either Cloudflare or NameCheap. Breakdown TXT Record This is the record to verify you are the owner of the provided domain. An SSL certificate will not be provisioned and the domain to be added unless this verification passes. CNAME Record This is our recommended method of adding your domain to your profile. This routes the domain to your user, and ensures it's always routing even should our internal IPs change over time. Some DNS providers do not allow you to use a CNAME record for the "root domain" (domain.com, compared to www.domain.com) If you're facing this, please utilize the A record method instead A Record The IP of our custom domain routing system. This method is only there for users who cannot use a CNAME, such as if your DNS provider gives you an error when attempting with the CNAME method. Add your domain For Users Only users with Doras Pro can use custom domains. For Brands Only brands with Brands Plus or Brands Pro can use custom domains. Only the brand owner can add a custom domain to a brand.
