These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using Doras.to, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. User Accounts 

a. Eligibility: You must be at least 16 years old to create an account on Doras.to. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

b. Account Creation: You can create an account on Doras.to by providing your email address and setting a username or by using Single Sign-On (SSO) through Discord, GitHub, or Twitch.

c. Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. Service Description 

Doras.to provides a link-in-bio service that allows users to create a personalized website with buttons and embeds linking to their social media profiles. We also offer a mediakit feature that fetches followers and stats for potential sponsors. Some features may be accessible only through subscription plans.

3. User-Generated Content 

a. Prohibited Content: You may not upload or link to any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. This includes, but is not limited to, 18+ images, which are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account flagging.

b. Adult Content: You may link to 18+ sites, but you must use the "adult warning" feature provided by Doras.to to alert users of the nature of the content.

c. Intellectual Property: By uploading or linking to content on Doras.to, you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to use and share the content. You retain all intellectual property rights in your user-generated content.

d. License to Doras.to: By using our services, you grant Doras.to a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your user-generated content in connection with our services, including for advertising and homepage display purposes.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

a. Subscription Plans: Doras.to offers Doras Pro and Doras Pro For Brands subscription plans on a monthly basis. The features and pricing of these plans may be subject to change with notice.

b. Billing and Renewal: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

c. Cancellation and Refunds: You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, you will retain access to the premium features until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are available only for the current subscription month.

5. Prohibited Activities 

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using Doras.to:

a. Uploading or linking to 18+ content, except as permitted under Section 3(b).

b. Impersonating another person or entity.

c. Abusing Doras Pro trials.

d. Engaging in any illegal activities.

e. Harassing, threatening, or discriminating against other users.

f. Spamming or sending unsolicited messages.

g. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to Doras.to's systems or other users' accounts.

h. Violating the privacy or intellectual property rights of others.

6. Account Termination 

Doras.to reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

 a. Abuse of Doras Pro trials.

b. Repeated uploading or linking to 18+ content after warnings.

c. Impersonation of another person or entity.

d. Engaging in illegal activities.

e. Violation of these Terms or our Community Standards.

We may remove any profiles deemed unfit for our platform without warning.

7. Intellectual Property 

a. Doras.to's Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights in Doras.to's website, services, and branding are owned by Doras.to or its licensors. You may not use our intellectual property without our express written permission.

b. User-Generated Content: As stated in Section 3(c), you retain all intellectual property rights in your user-generated content. However, by using our services, you grant Doras.to a license to use your content as described in Section 3(d).

c. Opt-out: If you wish to opt-out of granting Doras.to the license to use your content for advertising, homepage display, or marketing purposes, please contact us at hi@doras.to.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability 

a. Service Availability: Doras.to strives to maintain the availability and functionality of our website and services. However, we do not guarantee that our services will always be available or error-free.

b. Third-Party Content: Doras.to does not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for any user-generated content or third-party content linked to or displayed on our platform.

c. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doras.to shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our website or services.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution 

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the appropriate courts located in Ireland.

10. Changes to These Terms 

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website prior to the change becoming effective. Your continued use of Doras.to after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
